I am an associate professor at Institute for Economic and Social Research, Jinan University in Guangzhou, China. My fields of specialization include econometrics, real estate economics, and applied microeconomics. My current research focuses on panel data models with spatial interactions and multidimensional heterogeneities, peer effects models, and empirical applications of spatial econometric models. I also apply various econometric tools to analyze household behavior in the federal U.S. reverse mortgage program.
I obtained my Ph.D. in economics from the Ohio State University.
